In case you missed it, the Lincoln Journal Star published a fantastic editorial on December 31 laying out the reasons why they are opposed to the death penalty in Nebraska.
The Journal Star’s editorial was followed up by some fantastic letters from supporters of death penalty repeal, who pointed out the many flaws with Nebraska’s death penalty system. Check out some of the great responses to the editorial here and here.
