Tell Your State Senator you Support Repeal

Last year Nebraska came closer than ever to abolishing the death penalty when a majority of the Nebraska Legislature supported a bill to replace the death penalty with life without parole.

This year’s legislative session is a short one, so we’ll be watching it closely to see if the death penalty will be debated again.

In the meantime though, it’s important that you continue to contact your state senators and let them know that you support repealing the death penalty in Nebraska.
